Digital Marketing & Content at NexusForge Solutions

Most businesses don't know where the pain is actually coming from.

I don't start with years of experience. I start with your problem.

I find the real bottleneck behind stalled growth, build the right strategy around it, and turn data into measurable results.

200+ businesses. One valuable lesson.

I've audited the marketing of 200+ local business owners to understand what was actually holding their growth back.

Those audits became one of my biggest learning experiences — exposing me to different business models, customer journeys, and the bottlenecks that quietly stall them.

More than anything, they taught me that the problem is rarely as simple as "I need more ads."

What the audits showed

What I found in 200+ business audits

Among the businesses I audited, around 30% were already running Google Ads — an observation from that sample, not an industry statistic. Yet many couldn't clearly explain why those campaigns were underperforming. They were spending on advertising, but the results weren't matching the investment.

Google Ads problems

  • Poor ad relevance and search-intent alignment
  • Low CTR, weak ad copy
  • Missing or weak ad assets
  • Key services buried, not highlighted
  • Inefficient budget allocation

Landing page problems

  • Weak or unclear value proposition
  • Vague service information
  • Poor CTA placement and structure
  • Ad-to-page mismatch
  • A confusing customer journey

Conversion problems

  • Missing or incorrect tracking
  • No clear conversion measurement
  • No visibility into where users drop off
  • Decisions made without reliable data
Ad→ Click→ Landing page mismatch risk → Action→ Conversion

The most common leak: what the ad promises and what the landing page actually delivers stop matching each other.

A pattern across the audits

AI can launch your ads. It can't replace strategic optimization.

One pattern showed up again and again: a growing reliance on AI to create and publish campaigns. Ads can now go live faster than ever.

But launching an ad is not the same as optimizing one. Without understanding the business context behind it, small inefficiencies get baked in early — and as budget scales, they become expensive problems.

AI can help you launch faster. Strategy helps you spend smarter.

What optimization actually depends on

  • Business context
  • Audience definition
  • Search intent
  • Ad relevance & copy
  • Bidding & budget allocation
  • Conversion data
  • The full customer journey

Just launching

  • Ads go live in minutes
  • Inefficiencies stay hidden inside the account
  • Cost per result drifts upward as budget scales

Launching, then optimizing

  • Same fast launch
  • Inefficiencies caught before they compound
  • Cost per result holds steady as budget scales

Where things actually break

The problem isn't always the ad.

Sometimes the audience is wrong. Sometimes the offer is unclear. Sometimes the landing page loses the customer. Sometimes the tracking doesn't tell the truth. And sometimes the business simply doesn't know where the bottleneck is.

I don't look at advertising in isolation. I look at the entire journey, from the first click to the final conversion.

Methodology

I start with the problem.

A repeatable process for finding the real bottleneck and building a solution around it — the same six steps behind every case study in this site.

01

Research

Understand the business, audience, offer, market, existing campaigns, website, and whatever data is already available.

02

Diagnose

Identify the actual bottleneck, rather than assuming the problem is "more ads."

03

Strategize

Build a practical strategy shaped around the specific problem this business has.

04

Execute

Implement the solution through Google Ads, Meta Ads, conversion tracking, landing-page changes, or whatever else the diagnosis calls for.

05

Measure

Track the actions and conversions that actually matter, using reliable data.

06

Optimize

Analyze performance, remove inefficiencies, reinforce what works, and scale with intent.

Find the pain. Fix the bottleneck. Measure the growth.

Selected work

Real accounts, tracked over time.

Eight real accounts below, spanning search, calls, lead forms, and the tracking behind them — this is what the process actually produces, not a mockup of it.

Technical edge

A technical edge behind the marketing.

A background in web development and technology helps me see problems beyond the ad platform itself — in the pages, tracking, and code they run on.

Frontend

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, React (basic)

Website

WordPress

Design

Canva

Programming

C, Java, Python

These skills support the landing pages, tracking implementations, and technical problem-solving behind the marketing — they're not the main service.
